Canadian Provincial GHG trends by Barry Saxifrage
Canadian GHG emissions have risen 26% since the international base-year of 1990. Nearly 75% of that national increase has come from just two provinces: Alberta and Saskatchewan. These two provinces lead in both total tonnes as well as percentage growth. Many other provinces have reduced emissions or shown tiny increases.
