In BC today, switching from fossil fuels to electricity can cut CO2 emissions by over 90% for a given task.

This could be a primary tactic for BC citizens to cut their globally high ghg emission levels.

But it all depends on BC Hydro being able to meet new "fuel switching" electricity demands with clean energy.
