This chart shows that since 1990 the U.K. reduced climate pollution by a third while Canadians increased ours. That allowed the U.K. to hit ambitious targets, while Canada missed wildly. Oh, and along the way, the British also grew "richer faster" than Canadians. Ouch. Read my article for details...
