It includes Canada and its major provinces, the other G20 nations, and a few others like the bookends of Norway and North Korea. In addition Canada's EITE emissions which produce 5% of GDP from 40% of GHG are shown in red on the right. The rest of Canada's economy is shown next to Japan. Green coins show the improvement over the last decade.
